job requirements

(1) Bachelor degree or above in a full-time prestigious university.
(2) Computer, communication engineering or information management related majors, and those with excellent qualifications can relax the professional restrictions.
(3) Have more than 3 years of development experience, more than 1 year of project management experience, have participated in at least 3 enterprise-level project architecture design and development work, and have been responsible for the implementation and management of more than 1 enterprise-level projects.
(4) A deep understanding of mainstream programming ideas such as microservices and containerization, and proficiency in any one or more mainstream development languages such as Java, PHP, Javascript, and Python.
(5) Deeply understand DevOps thinking, and be good at using agile iteration, continuous development, continuous integration, automated testing, automated operation and maintenance and other methods to improve the flexibility of project implementation and ensure project quality.
(6) Familiar with project management theory, able to plan and control well in terms of project scope, time, cost and quality, and be able to effectively identify and solve problems and risks in the process of the project.
(7) Have certain written skills and good expression skills, with strong coordination, organization, learning, teamwork and responsibility.
(8) A soft exam certificate or PMP certificate is preferred, and work experience in a large comprehensive group is preferred.

main duty

(1) Responsible for the implementation and management of the group information system.
(2) Responsible for the organization and coordination of project resources, ensuring the collaborative work of all stakeholders of the project team and internal and external cooperation teams.
(3) Responsible for the formulation, tracking and maintenance of the project plan, ensuring that the project is completed as planned, and solving various problems in project implementation.
(4) Responsible for project demand analysis, technical plan review, and drive the development team to complete project development and testing with high quality.
(5) Coordinate various departments and suppliers to ensure the realization of project goals.
(6) Responsible for the internal promotion and operation and maintenance management of the project.
